I spent years functioning — for others, out of loyalty, out of obligation. Explaining, enduring, continuing — even when my body had long been saying no.
Eventually I got sick. Not dramatically. But loudly enough to finally listen. That exhaustion wasn't a coincidence — it was the result of years of letting loyalty decide for me instead of me deciding for myself.
Today I write what helped me — in the form of honest, direct workbooks. Not from expertise. From what I've actually lived through.
